Outcome

Confident, defensible practice

You completed the Level 4. This keeps your practice sharp.

You already hold the Level 4 Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessor qualification. You know the framework and you are doing the work. The question every assessor eventually asks is simple. Am I still calibrated against my peers?

This standardisation meeting is the answer. It is a chance to step out of solo practice, compare your reasoning with other qualified assessors, and confirm that your recommendations are consistent, fair, and well evidenced.

A Creased Puddle Level 4 Course with their certificates

This session is for you if:

  • You have completed the Level 4 Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessor course.
  • You are carrying out workplace needs assessments and writing reports.
  • You want reassurance that your judgements line up with current good practice.
  • You value learning from how other assessors handle the tricky cases.
