You completed the Level 4. This keeps your practice sharp.
You already hold the Level 4 Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessor qualification. You know the framework and you are doing the work. The question every assessor eventually asks is simple. Am I still calibrated against my peers?
This standardisation meeting is the answer. It is a chance to step out of solo practice, compare your reasoning with other qualified assessors, and confirm that your recommendations are consistent, fair, and well evidenced.
This session is for you if:
- You have completed the Level 4 Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessor course.
- You are carrying out workplace needs assessments and writing reports.
- You want reassurance that your judgements line up with current good practice.
- You value learning from how other assessors handle the tricky cases.

Group discussion on the wording and rationale behind recommendations, so reports stay clear, fair, and defensible.
Open questions, tricky cases, and next steps
Time to raise the situations you find hardest, agree shared good practice, and take away clear actions for your own work.
