May saw the Creased Puddle team travelling to Capco, London for the IDEP conference hosted by the rather awesome Helen Needham of Me.Decoded fame. 

The varied discussion included the issues around pay gaps and, amongst other topics, Caroline discussed the disability pay gap issue alongside Asif Sadiq (head of D&I Telegraph), Shani Dhanda, (founder of the the Asian Disability Network) and Helen Needham to name but a few of those attending.
