What is Neurodiversity in business (NIB)
NIB is a charity set up for organisations to share industry good practice on ND recruitment, retention and empowerment.
Their vision is to foster a corporate environment where neurodivergent people are understood and form an invaluable part of the work culture.
Their founding members, range from KPMG, Unilever and Nat West Bank and their Community Business Partners come from the British Dyslexia Association, ADHD Foundation and the National Autistic Society, to name only a few.
What do they offer?
NIB aim to offer blogs, pod casts, new updates, online learning events and conferences where people can learn and share neurodiversity in business best practises.
Their first conference will take place on 16 March 2023 with workshops and guest speakers including our own CEO Caroline Turner.
What role is Creased Puddle playing?
By joining NIB we get to collaborate and share best practice with other organisations and proffesionals. We are passionate about bringing collective voices together to benefit different thinkers in the workplace and see NIB as an ideal opportunity to do this.
