Creased Puddle supported the series of Dorset Police ‘Inspire’ events which looked at promoting good leadership and inclusive management. 

Providing the last speaking piece of the day, the Inspector and above audience provided some great feedback which included “You’ve inspired me to tell my line manager that I’m Neurodivergent, I’ve been unhappy for so long and the time has come to be brave.” 

Wow, now that’s an impact.
