First Occupational Health Service specialising in supporting neurodivergent individuals launches

Leading Neurodiversity support provider Creased Puddle, is delighted to announce it has launched the UKs first Occupational Health service solely focused on supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.

Registered nurse, Robert Manson has joined the Creased Puddle team to lead the new service. Robert is a highly thought of and experienced Health Safety and Wellbeing specialist who has managed Occupational Health and Safety teams across pharmaceutical, food retail and energy sectors.

Robert has provided nursing care to neurodivergent children and adults within health and care settings. Within Occupational Health he has advocated and supported neurodivergent employees, assisting them to access appropriate and effective support . 

By combining his expertise of Neurodiversity and Occupational Health and Wellbeing, Robert and his Workplace Needs Assessment team are on hand to advise organisations and individuals so they can provide the right resources at the right time.

We know from our own experience that whilst may organisations offer occupational health support, there is a gap in terms of supporting neurodivergent individuals needing access to OH services. What we can now offer is OH specifically designed to support neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.”

Robert spent 20 years with GlaxoSmithKline leading the Employee Heath Team in the UK as well as undertaking EHS audits globally. He is a qualified Personal Development Coach and has delivered and facilitated leadership workshops globally in the areas of health and wellbeing and personal energy management.

He has presented at international conferences and written several articles on the management of mental health, case management and workplace wellbeing programs. He has been recognised with the Safety and Health at Work – European Good Practice Award. He has a BSc in Occupational Health, an MSc in Health Ergonomics and a NEBOSH Diploma in Health, Safety and Environment.
