Neurodiversity Acceptance Week 2025 Event Recordings
Thank you for helping us create an incredible set of free events for 2025. You can recap the four events we hosted using the video links below. If you have any questions about these videos or would like to enquire about our services, please get in touch.
Neurodiversity and Workplace Needs Assessments
This event was held in celebration of the launch of our new Level 4 Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessor Course.
Workplace Needs Assessments are a crucial tool in ensuring neurodivergent employees receive the right support to thrive in their roles. However, many organisations and professionals remain unclear on what a Workplace Needs Assessment entails, how it differs from an Occupational Health referral, and how to ensure recommendations are effectively implemented.
This webinar will provide an in-depth look at the Workplace Needs Assessment process, exploring how tailored recommendations can lead to sustainable, meaningful adjustments that benefit both employees and employers.
We have limited spaces available for two Level 4 Workplace Needs Assessor courses taking place in May and June.
We also provide Workplace Needs Assessments to support people in the workplace.
Neurodiversity and Intersectionality
Join Dr Alice Siberry and Tumi Sotire for an engaging and thought-provoking discussion on Neurodiversity and Intersectionality, where we will unpack what intersectionality truly means and how it shapes the experiences of neurodivergent people.
Intersectionality is often associated with identities related to race, gender, and sexuality, but how does it extend beyond these categories? What role do socio-economic status, financial access, and other forms of privilege play in shaping the neurodivergent experience?

Neurodiversity and Occupational Health
Join our CEO, Caroline Turner, and our Occupational Health Neurodiversity Consultant Robert Manson to discuss Neurodiversity and Occupational Health.
Occupational Health Professionals are seeing a significant rise in neurodivergent referrals, driven by increasing awareness, long NHS waiting lists, and the impact of post-pandemic workplace adjustments. However, many OH providers report feeling underprepared for the complexities of neurodivergent cases, particularly where mental health intersects with neurodivergence and when determining what is ‘reasonable’ in workplace adjustments.
This webinar will explore the evolving role of Occupational Health in supporting neurodivergent employees, addressing the challenges OH professionals face, and providing practical strategies to enhance their confidence and effectiveness.

Neurodiversity and Human Resources
Join our CEO, Caroline Turner, and Charlie Hart as they discuss key challenges in HR and share practical strategies for creating more neuro-inclusive workplaces.
Charlie Hart, also known as ‘Ausome Charlie’ (she/they), is a professional keynote speaker, an experienced CIPD-qualified HR Analyst, and a neurodiversity advocate. Charlie is multiple-neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, Complex PTSD). Her talks centre her lived experience insights and ideas, underpinned with HR and employment legislation knowledge, delivered with authentically neurodivergent quirkiness and self-deprecating humour.
Many HR professionals are seeking guidance and support in several key areas related to neurodiversity in the workplace. These include developing inclusive policies that meet the needs of neurodivergent individuals, implementing these policies effectively while managing organisational change, and confidently initiating conversations around reasonable adjustments and accommodations.
