Neurodiversity Acceptance Week Events – 2025

In February we wrote about how why we’re hosting a Neurodiversity Acceptance Week between 17th – 23rd March 2025, Celebrating Neurodiversity is important but we want to create acceptance by improving education around Neurodiversity. Neurodiversity Acceptance Week shifts the focus from simply recognising differences to actively accepting, accommodating, and valuing neurodivergent people in all spaces. It’s about moving from awareness to action, this is why we recently launched our Neurodiversity Workplace Assessor Course.

We are putting on a series of FREE webinar events talking about important topics within the Neurodiversity space, click on each one to find out more:

Neurodiversity and Workplace Needs Assessments - With Caroline Turner and Remi Chappell

Join our CEO and Founder, Caroline Turner, and Neurodiversity Consultant and Coach, Remi Chappell, as they explore the vital role of Workplace Needs Assessments in supporting neurodivergent employees.

Workplace Needs Assessments (WNAs) are a crucial tool in ensuring neurodivergent employees receive the right support to thrive in their roles. However, many organisations and professionals remain unclear on what a Workplace Needs Assessment entails, how it differs from an Occupational Health referral, and how to ensure recommendations are effectively implemented.

This webinar will provide an in-depth look at the Workplace Needs Assessment process, exploring how tailored recommendations can lead to sustainable, meaningful adjustments that benefit both employees and employers.

Intersectionality is often associated with identities related to race, gender, and sexuality, but how does it extend beyond these categories? What role do socio-economic status, financial access, and other forms of privilege play in shaping the neurodivergent experience?

Neurodiversity and Occupational Health with Caroline Turner and Robert Manson

Join our CEO, Caroline Turner, and our Occupational Health Neurodiversity Consultant Robert Manson to discuss Neurodiversity and Occupational Health.

Occupational Health Professionals are seeing a significant rise in neurodivergent referrals, driven by increasing awareness, long NHS waiting lists, and the impact of post-pandemic workplace adjustments. However, many OH providers report feeling underprepared for the complexities of neurodivergent cases, particularly where mental health intersects with neurodivergence and when determining what is ‘reasonable’ in workplace adjustments.

This webinar will explore the evolving role of Occupational Health in supporting neurodivergent employees, addressing the challenges OH professionals face, and providing practical strategies to enhance their confidence and effectiveness.
