Testimonials

Instructor

It has opened my eyes to how we can change the world for everyone, which will make the world inclusive for neurodivergent people. It has given me so much useful information and structure to be able to deliver comprehensive reports that will change the experiences of those who I assess. I feel that it has created a solution to the vast waiting lists that people are waiting on, we can offer support from Monday morning that will change lives

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisor

I’ve learnt loads! As mentioned above, being able to utilise more implementable adjustments and to justify them within my organisation. Being able to conduct workplace needs assessments and think about how to implement these effectively and properly in my organisation - which is my next step!

Positive Action Officer

It has enabled me to now think strategically and remain balanced in my approach when ensuring the right support is given to the individual but also supports organisational demand and is reasonable for both parties.

Our Course vs Dyslexia-Only Alternatives

Feature Neurodiversity Level 4 Workplace Needs Assessor Course Dyslexia-Only Workplace Needs Assessor Course
Scope of Conditions Covers a broad range of neurodivergent profiles (e.g. Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Autism, Tourette's, and co-occurring mental health considerations). Focuses solely on Dyslexia and its impact in the workplace.
Approach Needs-led and holistic, looking at strengths, challenges, intersectionality and environmental factors. Condition-specific, often framed around difficulties linked to literacy and processing.
Assessment Skills Trains assessors to identify workplace barriers, recommend reasonable adjustments, and balance individual and organisational needs. Provides knowledge on identifying Dyslexia-related barriers and recommending adjustments specific to Dyslexia.
Applicability Suitable for HR, OH, coaches, line managers, consultants, and anyone working across a diverse workforce. Most relevant for roles specifically supporting individuals with Dyslexia.
Outcomes for Employers Reduces risk of ineffective adjustments by addressing whole-person and organisational context. May result in narrower recommendations that do not account for overlapping needs.
