Could Occupational Health offer better support in your organisation?

We can help.

We’re excited to be running our next Occupational Health Neurodiversity Training, equipping OH professionals with the knowledge and confidence to support neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.

📅 Upcoming Course Dates:
🧠 Module 1: 16th April (Online)
🧠 Module 2: 23rd April (Online)

The training is led by Robert Manson NEBOSH (Dip) our Neurodiversity Occupational Health Consultant. Robert is a highly thought of and experienced Health Safety and Wellbeing specialist who has managed Occupational Health and Safety teams across pharmaceutical, food retail and energy sectors.

Occupational Health Professionals play a vital role in supporting and retaining neurodivergent staff. However, many tell us they find the number, variety, and complexity of cases challenging when handling management referrals for neurodivergent employees.

In our workshops, OH professionals have shared that they often lack the knowledge or confidence to navigate the intersection of mental ill health and neurodivergence, or to determine what truly constitutes a ‘reasonable’ adjustment.

That’s why our Occupational Health Neurodiversity Training goes beyond simple ‘awareness’. We understand that effective learning is a developmental process, not just a one-off session. Our training equips OH professionals with the practical skills, confidence, and evidence-based strategies to make informed recommendations and better support neurodivergent employees.
