A large number of our team is made up of former Police Officers, they understand the nuances of policing and how the police environment differs.

Our workplace training creates neuro-inclusive workplaces that allow police officers and staff to perform their roles effectively. We create healthier workspaces and inspire conversation both within the workplace and wider criminal justice system.

Our popular line manager course uses lived experience and case studies to help line managers develop new skills.

We provide practical examples that can be implemented easily and quickly to improve communication.

Neurodiversity and Police Custody

The custody environment can be harsh for someone who is neurodivergent. Our training looks at considerations like the sensory needs of a neurodivergent person, as well as improving communication to prevent injury.

By adapting our approach to someone who is in custody, we ensure their needs are met and they understand what we are asking of them.

Neurodiversity and Professional Standards

It’s important for both the public and police officers/staff that we look at how neurodiversity impacts performance and conduct. This course is delivered by former Police Officers who also have experience as federation representatives.

Our training enables Police Professional Standard Units to be more aware of neurodivergent conditions and the impact of these within the context of a performance or conduct process.

Participants develop a deeper understanding of the organisational and legal requirements of supporting someone who is neurodivergent may that be a suspect, victim or a witness.
