Assessments for Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia
Sometimes we all need a little help to understand how to support our colleagues at work better. A Neurodiversity Assessment can be a great way of doing that but knowing who to go to and for what type of information can feel like a minefield.
We make it simple – do you want an assessment that may result in a diagnosis or do you just want to know more about the challenges the person is facing at work? Perhaps the person has already been ‘screened’ for a neurodivergent condition and the results show strong indicators that a full assessment may be useful.
Our wonderful team of Occupational Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists and Clinical Psychologists have decades of experience in assessments and will work with you to ensure that you aren’t waiting months for a result. We pride ourselves on delivering reports that you can read and understand, that adhere to British Psychological Society guidelines and use the latest assessment methods.

Depending on the assessment the person may be able to access the entire process online at a time to suit themselves. It may involve more than one meeting and its likely that they will need to complete pre-assessment screening forms. On occasion the assessment process benefits from additional information from family members or a spouse. If your staff member needs to be present for any element of their assessment then your assessor will work with them to arrange this.
With some diagnoses the assessor may recommend medication. This is a separate service and will be arranged directly with the practitioner. At the end of the process you will be provided with the Employer Report which you are at liberty to clarify or question to ensure that you are happy with the content The prices for our diagnostic assessments are dependent on the type so please get in touch for a bespoke quotation based on your requirements.
Creased Puddle offered to do an ADHD assessment for one of our employees who was under performing.
