Angela is a highly experienced speaker, trainer, qualified Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessor, and former Detective Constable with more than 25 years of policing and wider professional experience.

Throughout her career, Angela has specialised in supporting vulnerable individuals and advancing understanding of neurodiversity within policing and criminal justice settings. A former Family Liaison Officer for homicide investigations, Angela is recognised as one of the early voices helping to shape conversations around neurodiversity in policing and criminal justice. She has delivered training for local and national police forces, spoken at conferences across the UK, and continues to be a respected advocate for improving outcomes for neurodivergent people.

Whilst Angela delivers on our standard training programmes, she also leads on Creased Puddle’s National Cyber training programmes, training hundreds of cyber Police Officers and staff each year. She works closely with our Neurodivergent Associate team, demonstrating her commitment to embedding neuroinclusive practice in real-world settings, not just training environments.

When specialist interviewing expertise is needed, Angela is our go-to. Drawing on her extensive experience as a Specialist Vulnerable and Intimidated Victim Interviewer, she delivers some of our most intensive courses for highly specialist emergency services teams.

She is also a qualified, and highly experienced, Workplace Needs Assessor, specialising in supporting neurodivergent employees within policing, fire and rescue services, and private organisations. Her understanding of both operational environments and neurodivergent experiences enables her to provide impactful, practical support.

Known for her engaging yet grounding delivery style, her warm nature and extensive knowledge, Angela regularly delivers training, workshops, and conference presentations, in addition to working with individuals to support with meaningful change, drawing on both her professional career and lived experience.
