Graham has joined Creased Puddle as a Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessor and Trainer. Previously he served 22 years in West Yorkshire Police. This was mainly in a uniformed role and he finished as an Initial Police Education Trainer for student officers doing the degree entrant program. Graham finished off as student support part of which involved doing Work Based Needs Assessment’s and providing a varied blend of support.

Graham served in the British Army and in the Army Reserves and retired as a Warrant Officer in the post of Squadron Sergeant Major.

Graham is a qualified Trainer and Work Based Needs Assessor.

In his spare time he is a keen runner and hiker, having climbed Kilimanjaro in 2022. He also rides mountain and road bikes and a regular gym goer and is shortly doing his first Hyrox event.
