Ray is a former police officer with 25 years experience in operational and non operational roles.  A fully qualified trainer and climbing instructor Ray brings his first hand knowledge of what it means to be autistic, dyslexic and have ADHD to Creased Puddle.  He has a real a passion for training and supporting those within the workplace as a Workplace Needs Assessor.

Since 2019 Ray has worked with Creased Puddle on a number of national Neurodiversity projects and is the only Neurodiversity Super Tutor in the UK providing bespoke 121 support for neurodivergent students in the emergency services. 

When not working he has a taste for adventure and endurance sports, his motto being “There has to be a harder way”.
