Our Police Training course is moving around the country and we’ve been training in Birmingham this week.

The trip to Birmingham saw us taking some of the Creased Puddle team on tour, with course attendees meeting Callum Gamble, Megan Barker and Alex Manners.

This amazing set of individuals are part of the Creased Puddle interview team which put training event attendees through their paces in interviews.

The team are all Autistic and therefore able to offer first-hand accounts of how they process information, environments and questioning styles.

We couldn’t work without them and it was powerful to see the profound effect their comments had on those who’d joined us to learn.
