Creased Puddle has been championing a York-based designer who, despite outstanding attributes, has found it impossible to find a job. 

Andrew Russell has been unemployed for most of his life and wants to put his skills to good use in the design world.  Caroline created a social media post which to date has had over 32,000 views and counting, and been shared around the world.

“We need to know what the real issues are in employment so that we can help companies with their inclusivity” says Caroline.  “I’m delighted to say Andrew has already had a few job offers. With any luck he can now fulfil his dream!”  Watch this space.
