It’s been a very enjoyable to launch our new training course, to empower those organisations which want to provide a totally inclusive recruitment strategy. 

Specifically aimed at those responsible for job descriptions, interview techniques and on-boarding, the first course was taken by the National Crime Agency, who all passed with flying colours!
