Nick brought 30 years experience with North Wales Police to Creased Puddle working in CID, Serious and Organised Crime Unit, Major Incident Team, and finally the Cyber Crime Team, finishing his service with the NWROCU.
During his career Nick successfully dealt with people from all backgrounds and was driven by the desire to help people at their time of need and to treat everybody fairly. This ultimately influenced his decision to become a Police Federation Representative for 12 years of his service.
Nick has experience of Autism within his own family and is passionate about ensuring that such differences are recognised and embraced. Six months prior to retirement, Nick discovered that he is Autistic and ADHD which he says didn’t surprise him in any way, and provided clarity for him.
In his spare time, Nick likes spending time with his family. He enjoys physical exercise, from football to dog walks, films and music. Rumour has it he also somewhat of a thespian…
